We are Krissy and Grace — two coaches passionate about Pilates, strength training and helping people move well for the long term. Our focus is on building strong, capable bodies through structured programming and quality movement, while creating an environment where people feel supported and confident in their progress.
From the beginning, we wanted more than just a studio. We wanted a space where people feel comfortable walking in, where good coaching matters, and where progress comes from consistency.
We take training seriously, but it should still be enjoyable. We want people to feel welcome, have a chat, work hard, and leave feeling better than when they arrived.
Alongside our classes, we’re developing the space to host workshops and events — opportunities to learn more about training, recovery and overall wellbeing, and to connect with others in a relaxed setting.
