Reformer Pilates Classes in Rochestown, Cork

Students in reformer class

Reformer Pilates is a strength-based form of Pilates performed using the reformer machine, which provides adjustable resistance to help build strength, improve mobility, and support healthy movement.

At Centred Wellness Collective, our small-group classes focus on quality coaching, safe progression, and helping you develop strength, control, and better movement.

Our Reformer Pilates Classes

Reformer Essentials (Level 1)

Suitable for beginners and for clients who prefer a more supported, lower-intensity class due to personal preference, injury, or recovery. This class focuses on alignment, core control, strength, and safe movement on the reformer.

Clients must complete a minimum of 5 Essentials classes before progressing to Reformer Flow (Level 2).

If you are new to reformer, please arrive 10 minutes early before your first class for a short induction.

Reformer Flow (Level 2)

Designed for clients with prior reformer experience who are ready for more challenge. This is a progressive, faster-paced class with options to make exercises easier or more advanced, helping you build strength, coordination, and confidence on the reformer.

Not suitable for beginners.

New clients should start with Reformer Essentials (Level 1).

Reformer Advanced (Level 3)

For highly experienced reformer clients who are confident, with faster-paced, challenging sequences. This class focuses on advanced strength, control, coordination, and precision. You need to be injury free for this class.

Suitable for regular Reformer Flow (Level 2) clients who feel ready to progress. Instructor approval recommended.
